Plan a drive

Time budget (min) Loop: total drive time. Oneway: total including the direct drive (any extra over the direct route becomes AP-scanning detour). Dwell minutes at each stop are subtracted from the budget before routing.

Mode

Target Unscanned mode routes through roads that are built up enough to expect access points WiGLE does not know about yet. Those gap scores are ESTIMATED from road class and building density. Rural roads score near zero on purpose: few known APs there means empty, not unscanned.

Arrive by (optional - planner computes departure) Leave blank to plan by duration only. When set, the result page shows the time you need to leave to make it on time, including stop dwells.

Reachable radius is computed at 40 km/h (rural). Loop = drive a circuit (optionally via stops); oneway = end at the last stop. Add multiple stops to chain destinations (errands, daycare drop-off, road trip). The planner fits AP-scanning cells between consecutive stops within each segment's time slice.
